We take extra care to ensure child patients develop positive dental experiences.
It is recommended that preschool children start annual dental checkups as soon as you see baby teeth. Baby teeth should start to appear around 6 months. Early dental check-ups help develop your child’s confidence in the dental environment as well as identifying potential diet and oral hygiene problems that can potentially cause tooth decay.
INTERCEPTIVE ORTHODONTICS
FOR CHILDREN
Orthodontic assessment is done as part of your child’s dental check up for early detection of orthodontic problems. We can fix simple orthodontic problems or recommend a suitable orthodontic specialist.
MYOFUNCTIONAL THERAPY
Correct detrimental habits such as mouth breathing, poor tongue posture, and thumb-sucking that can cause crooked teeth.
Myofunctional therapy is a non-invasive treatment that involves a series of exercises designed to condition orofacial muscle tone. More Info
PREVENTIVE CARE
Onsite visits at rest homes available.
Medical conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and cataracts can decrease hand dexterity and eye-sight, which leads to increasing difficulty with maintaining adequate personal hygiene. More Info
CROWNS AND BRIDGES
Both crowns and most bridges are fixed prosthetic devices. Unlike removable devices such as dentures, which you can take out and clean daily, crowns and bridges are cemented onto existing teeth or implants, and can only be removed by a dentist.
