There are many reasons why we delay our dental treatments at the time it is needed the most. Here at Dental Wellness Centre, we understand the difficulties and like to help our patients to address that issue immediately. Working with Afterpay, you can get the treatment you need now and pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly payments, interest-free.
How does it work?
Pay for your purchase over 4 installments, due every two weeks. You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time. For example, if your visit costs $300, simply pay $75 over 4 weeks.
Afterpay is available on a range of dental treatments from emergency treatments, hygiene cleans, dental examinations, whitening and fillings, implants, tooth extractions and even electric toothbrushes.
Steps to use Afterpay
- Sign Up to Afterpay Online / Download Afterpay App
- Generate your barcode.
- Present your barcode in practice, when it’s time for you to pay for your treatment.
Who can use Afterpay?
Once you’ve signed up via the mobile app or online, you can present your Afterpay barcode at reception for any transactions. It’s that simple!
What does it cost?
Unless you miss any payments, using Afterpay costs nothing. It’s free to create an account and the only time you pay any extra is when an automatic payment gets declined; this incurs a $10 default fee each time.
What if my dental works costs more than my Afterpay balance?
You can still put a payment plan through for your maximum approved amount and pay the difference at the counter. For example, if your treatment was $800, but you were only approved for $750, you’d pay the $50 difference plus your first installment of $400 on the day. That’s $450 on the day instead of $800.
